Class Reservation

All enrollments are accepted on a first-paid basis.

To secure your seat in an upcoming Live Streaming Instructor Led class, you must complete your registration for the class that best fits your schedule. You can start your real estate education by either paying the tuition in full or an initial deposit of $150. 

• Students that take advantage of the "$150 Deposit" option must have the tuition balance of $349 balance paid by the second week of any class to ensure that you receive your transcripts. Transcripts are required to take the National and Pennsylvania State Real Estate Exams.
• 
  Day Class balance is due by the end of second week.
• Weekend Class balance is due by the end of second week.
• Weeknight Class balance is due by the end of second week.

Refund Policy: 

      PRC may have to reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this should occur, all fees will be refunded.

If student withdraws from the Real Estate Practice / Real Estate Fundamentals Pre- licensing courses or any other courses offered before the first class begins, a $75 processing fee will be charged out of your deposit or full payment and the balance will be refunded to you within 30 days from request.

If a student withdraws anytime after class begins NO refund will be paid.

No refund will be paid.

Returned check charges

• There is a $35 charge for returned checks.
