You will need to get your database together for this class, your database is everyone you have met at least once i.e. everyone in your phone and everyone you have an email address for. You need to know the total number of contacts for the class.


You must have the email addresses in whatever email software you use that has a calendar, e.g. Yahoo, outlook, Gmail. Not an excel spread sheet, you can do that too, but the email with the calendar is more important.


You should have at least 100 names/email addresses. The average person knows a hundred plus people. So, start working on that now. I will ask you your number in the coaching session. This will put you ahead of many real estate agents as soon as you pass the State Real Estate Exam.
