I, believe everyday is a day to learn something new. I challenge myself and others around me to set goals and take actions to achieve them. I am happily married 37+ years to a Philadelphia Police Detective. We have 5 amazing children, 2 son-in-laws, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 3 grandchildren. Before entering the Real Estate Industry, I homeschooled all our children. I started my real estate career in 2003. It was natural for me to bring my passion for learning/training into my real estate profession. In 2013 I opened a real estate independent brokerage licensed in PA & NJ. My goal is to personalize my real estate services to sellers, buyers, and real estate agents. I joined Philadelphia Real Estate Classes as an Instructor 2015 and love every minute of it.

Robert D. Wombwell, MBA.
Bob is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia and currently resides in the Somerton area. Bob has an extensive background in financial services industry including life insurance, fundraising and currently is a Realtor with Re/Max Access in Philadelphia. Bob has over 30 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and has served the I-95 corridor and beyond throughout his career. A graduate of Temple University, Bob recently earned an MBA from Holy Family University. Bob has been active in the management of several condominiums where he and his wife Mary have lived. He has previously taught continuing educational courses at Community College of Philadelphia.
Marie, a Philly native, has a passion for helping people. She is a Master's prepared graduate from Seton Hall University with a Nurse Practitioner degree. As a nurse practitioner, she believes in a collaborative model when working with people. Her mantra is that working together allows you to achieve your goals in a quicker and more efficient way.
She bought her first house in 1994, leading her to become a licensed real estate agent in 1997. Currently she holds licenses in PA and NJ. During her 22+ year real estate career, she has helped her clients achieve their dream of home ownership, specializing in first time buyers, residential listings (especially those hard to sell listings), REO property sales, and relocation clients. Marie also actively assisted in opening 3 Philadelphia area real estate brokerages.
She joined Philadelphia Real Estate School in 2016 so she could share her knowledge and experience with people who want to join this dynamic field. Known to her friends as the Problem Solver, ask Marie any question and she will try to find the answer. She believes in a dynamic, open classroom setting where all questions and suggestions are welcome. She continues to be a active Realtor in the Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, and Philadelphia markets and will freely share her experiences with her students. She also is a certified mentor to new agents helping them flourish in their field.
Stephen was born and raised on Long Island New York and attended Cold Spring Harbor High School. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Villanova University School of Business and graduated with a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. After spending nearly two years working for Allstate Insurance, Stephen enrolled at Hofstra University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in just two-and-a-half years.
After law school Stephen worked as an associate real estate attorney at one of New York City’s oldest law firms, Brauner, Baron, Rosenzweig & Klein. Stephen only spent one year in the full- time practice of law when he seized upon an invitation to become a National Football League Certified Contract Advisor at New York City’s largest NFL agency, Sportstars, Inc. It was at this time that Stephen obtained his first New Jersey real estate salesperson license, working part-time in his then hometown of Hoboken NJ.
In 1999 Stephen, his expecting wife Lisa and their young son Stephen Jr. moved to Monmouth County’s Middletown New Jersey and in 2002 Stephen began pursuing a full-time career in Real Estate with the innovative, technology-oriented brokerage Foxtons. Stephen initially served as a top-selling listing agent for Foxtons listing and selling over 200 homes in under two years. Stephen later earned a promotion to manage Foxtons’ cutting-edge marketing and photography department overseeing 20+ Foxtons “Protographers” who were responsible for creating every image and word that would appear on the Foxtons website and print magazines.
From there Stephen moved on to managing new construction luxury condominium sales in Philadelphia, initially for NJ-based K. Hovnanian and later for Two Liberty Place and the Ritz-Carlton. In between Stephen managed two brokerage offices for Coldwell Banker, obtained his Broker licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York and owned his own Re/Max franchise.
Stephen currently owns and operates National Realty Old City LLC a full-service brokerage office in the Old City neighborhood of Center City Philadelphia, National Realty Old City and presides as the vice president of the 5-building, 153-unit National at Old City Condominiums. Stephen remains active as a New Jersey attorney, pursues his passion for cooking, having appeared on the Rachel Ray Show, and summers in Sea Bright NJ at the Driftwood Cabana Club. Stephen is an avid Yankee and Giants fan and rabidly follows his alma matter Villanova Wildcats men’s basketball team.
For the last 20 years, Irene has represented clients in Philadelphia & the Tri-County area.
Irene's intimate knowledge of the real estate market place and her understanding of today's market trends allows her to offer her clients an incomparable level of service.
She is presently an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Philadelphia. Aside from her years of experience representing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, & Investors, Irene has also acted as Broker of Record for a large Keller Williams office in Montgomery County. In addition, Irene's love for the industry and her desire to educate has led her to also obtain her license as a PA Real Estate Instructor.

Patricia “Patti” Cassidy
Before being licensed as a Realtor in 2007, Pat Cassidy had extensive management experience as a restaurant chain store manager and a clinic manager at Will’s Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Her early passion for real estate began in the 1970’s when she purchased her first home a TLC, followed by being employed by an appraiser and investor where she managed over 100 rentals, performed transaction conveyance, and managed the office. In the late 1980’s-1990’s she started flipping homes and managing her own rentals. Pat’s experience isn’t limited to residential and rentals, as she was employed by a Construction Management Company, whose specialty was Historical buildings in metro Philadelphia area.
Now Pat spends her energies representing Sellers & Buyers in Pennsylvania and teaching new agents how to properly use real estate contracts and transaction conveyance. She also specializes in CMA’s and listings for banks and other agencies who are preparing for REO (real estate owned) bank properties since 2008.
She is licensed in Pennsylvania and is a member of Bright Multiple Listing Service, Bucks County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.
Jack J Simpson
Jack has had an extensive Real Estate Adventure, from being originally licensed in the great State of Tennessee (sic 1991) to cooperating in sales and contracts for property across the country. Jack has a Credo he follows and he enjoys following that mission,it goes... "The Lord puts you where He wants you, When He wants you where He's put you, AND He is not going to tell you WHY!!"
In that light, Jack has lived in many locations, including Mexico and bought , sold and transacted Real Estate since he purchased his 1st Multi-Fam home in the Far NE when he was only 21 yrs old.
Jack dedicates himself to the "success of others" where he uses his grown expertise to give his clients (and students) the benefit of his experiences and insights.The best way through a minefield is to follow someone's footsteps .
Always developing new techniques and methods are necessary to continue to "grow in the business" and as an instructor at PRC, Jack draws great pleasure in knowing and watching the next generation of Realtors rise to the challenge.
