To be eligible to take the Pennsylvania State & National Real Estate License exams:

•Must be 18 years of age
•High School Diploma or GED
•30 hours Real Estate Fundamental and
•45 hours Real Estate Practice
•Payment in full to sit for school exams
•Pass school exams to receive school transcript

Pennsylvania Real Estate Pre-License Required Courses

This course involves introduction, review and discussion of real estate theory, and beginning practice ranging from real estate fundamentals to practice concepts associated with transactions.

The course consists of two modules: Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate PracticeThese modules will cover the fundamentals and practices of the real estate business.

Real Estate Fundamentals Course Objectives (30 hours)

The primary objective of this course is to enable students to develop an understanding of the complex legal issues involved in the study of real estate and provide them with a solid, technical, legal foundation upon which a successful career can be built. This core objective will be achieved by:

  1. Identifying and understanding the role of government and laws that impact rights and interests in real property.
  2. Developing an understanding of private rights and interests in land; how those rights and interests are held and how they are transferred.
  3. Identifying and being able to explain basic principles of contract law, and financing principles.
  4. Developing an understanding of license law and rules and regulation that impact real estate licensees.

Real Estate Practice (45 hours)

The primary objective of this course is to provide students with essential information regarding laws, business practices, ethics and technologies which will enable them to conduct themselves as professionals in ways that ultimately protect the consumers to whom they provide services. The core objective above will be achieved through:

  1. Introducing and familiarizing the student with the scope of the real estate business and market, and role of licensees (brokers and salespersons) in it.
  2. Developing an in depth understanding of the laws, regulations, and ethical standards that impact and govern the conduct of licensees
  3. Providing an understanding of the activities involved in constructing a residential sales transaction, and the role and obligations of a licensee involved in the transaction.
Course Requirements:

•Access to internet (preferable high-speed)

•Device (preferably computer or laptop) with internal/external video camera and microphone

•Ability to participate during course hours in a quiet environment with limited to no external interruptions to facilitate learning for all participants

•Pass final examination with a score no less than 75%

•Willingness to learn and participate in discussion!

Day Classes 3 Week Course: (The fastest way to complete both courses)

Attend class all day  from 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. for three consecutive weeks Tues,Wed &Thurs.  One course is presented in the morning session and the other in the afternoon session. 

Weekend Classes (Complete both courses  in 4 weeks)

Attend class all day Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. for four consecutive weekends.  One course is presented in the morning session and the other in the afternoon session. 

Our Night Classes: (Complete both courses in approximately 6 weeks)

The course work can be completed in approximately 6 weeks.  It takes 3 weeks to complete each course. Six weeks total three nights a week,Tues, Wed & Thurs from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
